Are you a software development agency, a dev shop, or a consultancy?
We are closest to a forward-deployed engineering agency. We build the software, and we help shape the product and technical decisions while embedded with the client team. The practical difference from a dev shop is that there is no brief to hand over, because we were in the room when it was written.
Do you only work with London companies?
No. We are all based in London, so that is where we can be on site most easily. We also work with companies elsewhere in the UK and Europe that operate in English, and we travel to them.
How fast can a pod start?
Within a week of the discovery call. That call is where we define the first week of work, and the pod starts on it. There is no recruitment pipeline and no month of onboarding in between.
